My career began in engineering — grounded in systems thinking, data, and how technology actually delivers value inside organizations. That foundation shaped how I still approach every AI conversation today: start from the business problem, not the tool.

I moved to Germany to pursue a Master's in Business Information Systems, deepening the bridge between technology and management. It's where the consultant's lens took shape: understanding organizations as systems of strategy, people, processes, and technology — each one a lever that AI transformation has to work with, not against.

Over the years I have led enterprise sales, solution consulting, and go-to-market engagements for AI, data, and cloud technologies — working directly with C-level executives, transformation leaders, and public-sector decision makers across three continents. I have seen where AI initiatives create real value, and where they quietly stall.

Today I focus exclusively on AI transformation advisory: helping organizations identify high-impact opportunities, build credible business cases, design pragmatic roadmaps, and scale adoption enterprise-wide. Technology supports the story — the story is measurable business value.
